Katz has always been drawn toward how to make things work better. Since joining The Bloc in 2014, she has worked with her team to diversify capabilities, streamline onboarding, improve resource allocation practices, and introduce metrics for excellence. In addition to coordinating with our New York office, Katz also successfully guided our Manila team in working with BlocPartners from Canada, Switzerland, and Turkey to work on large-scale projects for Merck Sharpe & Dohme in the US and in Europe, as well as provided project support for partners in Spain, Italy, and Japan. These collaborations have proven to be irreplaceable opportunities to showcase the world-class talent that the Manila team has to offer.
