She has a background in cultural anthropology from Bates College and is passionate about understanding customer motivation and uncovering hidden truths in beliefs and behaviors, and is a trained Synecticsworld Innovative TeamWorkshop™ facilitator. Margaret is most happy by a lake with her husband, growing children, and dog.
